Ingredients:
250g shrimp ~ peeled & deveined, minced
150g fish paste (any white fish fillet, minced)
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp potato starch
1/2 tsp salt
Bread ~ cut small cubes
Vegetable oil for frying
Directions/Instructions:
- Combine minced shrimp & fish together in a bowl & mix well.
- Add all the ingredients except the bread, mix well. A better texture can be achieved using a pestle.
- Shape shrimp (1 tsp) mixture into ball & coat with bread cubes
- Deep fry at 160 deg C until crispy & golden brown. Serve with sea salt if desired.
