Assam Prawn


Ingredients:
10-15 large fresh prawns
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1/2 cup tamarind juice (Assam)
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt

Method:
  1. Mix all the above ingredients & refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  2. In a pan, add olive oil & pan-fry prawns over medium heat.
  3. Fry till aromatic, caramelized & crispy.
  4. Garnish with cut chilies & coriander leaves.
