Sweet & Sour Cutterfish Balls / Fish Balls


Ingredients:
10-12 fish balls
1-1/2 tbsp tomato sauce / ketchup
1-1/2 tbsp chili sauce
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp oyster sauce
½ tsp oil
Sesame seeds

Directions:
  1. Fry fish ball, dish out & set aside
  2. Heat oil.  Add ketchup, chili sauce, sugar, oyster sauce & stir until the sauces are well blended.
  3. Toss in the fish balls & coat them well with the sauce
  4. Dish out & top with sesame seeds
