Pasta with Creamy Garlic Prawn


Ingredients:
40ml oil
½ red chilies ~ chopped
2 clove garlic ~ chopped
10-15 prawns
80ml coconut cream
½ tsp salt
10ml lemon juice
Sphagetti

Directions:
  1. Select large raw prawns, shell them but leave the tail intact
  2. Marinate prawns with lemon juice & salt for 20 minutes
  3. Heat the oil over medium-hot heat
  4. Add finely chopped garlic, red chili & marinate prawn & cook for 3 minutes
  5. Add coconut cream & cook for another 3 minutes
