Ingredients:
4 eggs
1/2 cup light soy sauce
1 cup water
2 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
Direction/Instruction
- Boil a pot of water on medium-high heat. Once the water has been boiled, add the eggs & reduce the heat to medium-low. Let it boil for 7 mins.
- After 7 mins, scoop the cooked eggs & submerge into cold iced water. To stop cooking.
- In a large bowl, add all the above ingredients. Stir to mix well. Peel the egg shell carefully & put it into the soy mixture. Take a small plate to cover the egg as fully immerse in the soy mixture. Set in the fridge for about 2 hours or the best result let it set for overnight.
