Ingredients:
250ml water
1 tbsp Live oil
450g Bread flour
1-1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp instant yeast
Directions/Instructions:
- Remove the bread pan from the bread maker and fit the kneader.
- Pour the water and olive oil into the bread pan. Add the flour, salt, and sugar.
- Make a well in the center of the flour, but not down as far as the liquid, and add the instant yeast.
- Insert the lock the bread pan into the bread maker. Select programmer "Pizza Dough" from the menu. Press start. Lightly oil a pizza pan or baking sheet
- At the end of the cycle, turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Gently knock back the dough. Roll out into a 30cm round and place it in the prepared pan or on the baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 220 deg C and bake for 18-20 mins or until golden and serve immediately.
