Ingredients:
120g almond flour/ground
50g powder sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 egg white
1/2 tsp almond extract
Direction/Instruction:
- Add almond flour/ground; powder sugar & salt in the bowl of a food processor & pulse until evenly mixed.
- Add egg white & almond extract & pulse until a smooth paste forms
- Roll into a log, cover with plastic wrap & refrigerate until ready to use.
- Almond paste can be prepared well in advance & stored in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
