Ingredients:
160g AP Flour ~ sifted
300g Converture Chocolate (55%)
180g unsalted butter
240g fine sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
- Melted the chocolate & butter together. Set aside to cool completely.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar & salt together till thicken. Then add the vanilla & whisk lightly.
- Pour the egg mixture into the melted chocolate. Stir the mixture.
- Then fold in the flour in 3 portions till all the flours are finish.
- Divide the batter into the silicone flower molds.
- Preheat the oven to 170 deg C. & bake for 20 mins.
