Ingredients:
1kg beef
1 sachet Bak Kut Teh - Traditional
3 whole buds garlic
2 tbsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp salt to taste
1500ml water or more
Directions:
- Bring water, garlic & Bak Kut Teh sachet to boil.
- Add in the meat & continue to boil.
- Lower the heat & simmer for approximately 1 hour or more till the meat tender.
- Ready to serve with white steam rice & sambal belachan on the side.
