250g unsalted butter
250g fine sugar
200g Self-raising Flour
50g Cocoa powder
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1 tsp Ovalate
5 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven at 180-190 deg. Line wax paper on 9.5"x5.5" rectangle pan.
- In a big bowl, sift flour, cocoa & salt together. Set aside.
- Cream butter & sugar till light & fluffy.
- Then add eggs gradually on medium speed. Beat till thicken.
- Add ovalate, vanilla essence & beat for another 1-2 mins.
- Then fold/mix in the flour mixture till well corporates.
- Pour into the lined pan & bake for 45-50 mins.
