Ingredients:
250g unsalted butter
100g cornflour
100g top flour
225g AP flour
1 egg yolk
1/4 tsp salt
10g ground cashew nuts (Optional)
Toasted cashew nuts ~ Baked @ 180 deg C for 15 mins
Directions:
- Cream butter, sugar & salt until light.
- Then add egg yolk & mix together.
- Sift dry ingredients & add to mixture with ground cashew nuts (Optional)
- Shape dough or use cutter
- Decorate with cashew nuts
- Bake at 150 deg C for 15-20 mins.
