Cashew Cookies

Ingredients:
250g unsalted butter
100g cornflour
100g top flour
225g AP flour
1 egg yolk
1/4 tsp salt
10g ground cashew nuts (Optional)
Toasted cashew nuts ~ Baked @ 180 deg C for 15 mins

Directions:

1. Cream butter, sugar & salt until light.
2. Then add egg yolk & mix together.
3. Sift dry ingredients & add to mixture with ground cashew nuts (Optional)
4. Shape dough or use cutter
5. Decorate with cashew nuts
6. Bake at 150 deg C for 15-20 mins.
