Ingredients:
2 Boneless Chicken Thighs
2" ginger ~ sliced matchsticks
5 cloves garlic ~ sliced thinly
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sweet dark soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp ground white pepper
1 tsp seasoning powder
1 tsp salt
2-4 stalk spring onion ~ cut 2" length
5 dried shiitake mushrooms ~ soaked & sliced
1 fresh red chili ~ deseeded & sliced thinly
Instructions:
- Rinse and dry the boneless chicken, then cut it into bite-sized pieces. Combine all the ingredients except the spring onion, and marinate the chicken for at least an hour.
- Place the spring onion at the bottom of a large bowl and top it with the marinated chicken.
- Steam the chicken for about 20 minutes, remove it from the steamer, and garnish with sliced chili.
