Ingredients:
500g ground beef
3 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce
1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
3 tbsp piri-piri spices mix (see below)
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp fine granulated sugar
Directions:
- Combine all the ingredients well.
- Place a scoopful in a plastic bag. Use the rolling pin to flatten the meat to the desired thickness—the thinner, the better.
- Put them in the freezer overnight.
- Set the oven to 160 degrees C (grilled mode). Grill each side for 10 mins.
- Spread a mixture of oil & sugar water to get the glossy.
- Leave to rest for 10 mins once out of the oven.

Piri-piri spices mix
1-1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried oregano ~ crushed
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne/chili flakes
