Ingredients:
300g macaroni
Salt
300g evaporated milk
300g cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Place macaroni in a medium saucepan or skillet & add just enough cold water to cover. Add a pinch of salt & bring to a boil over high heat, stirring frequently. Continue to cook until moisture has been almost wholly absorbed & macaroni is just al dente.
- Immediately add evaporated milk & bring to a boil. Add cheese. Reduce heat to low & cook, stirring continuously until the cheese is melted & liquid has reduced to a creamy sauce. Season to taste with more salt & serve immediately.
