Ingredients:
250g Sliced beef
250g minced beef
1/2 yellow onion ~ chopped
1/4 spring onion ~ chopped
1/2oz pickled ginger (minced) - Optional
Sauces
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tsp fish sauce
Directions:
- Heat oil on wok, saute sliced and minced beef for 30 sec over medium heat.
- Add onion & spring onion & cook for 2 mins
- Add beaten egg, then rice & ginger. Cook for another 2 mins
- Add the sauces & stir to combine together then add salt & pepper.
