Ingredients:
2 boneless thighs with skin
Salt
Pepper powder
Garlic powder
Sauce
4 minced garlic
3-4 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
50ml water
Instructions:
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken. Then, season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic. Massage or rub the chicken, then let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients.
- Heat 2 tablespoons in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes, until the skin is a light golden color.
- Flip the chicken, pour the sauce into the saucepan, cover with a lid, and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
- Remove the lid, flip the chicken skin-side down again, and cook until the skin is glossy and the sauce has thickened.
