Spicy Aromatic Baked Chicken


Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken

Marinate:
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp Korean hot chili bean paste
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce

Directions:
  1. In a bowl, mix all marinate ingredients together.
  2. Put the deboned chicken into a mixing bowl.   Pour the marinate over the chicken & mix well.
  3. Set aside for few hours or best overnight.
  4. Line an aluminium foil on a baking tray & spray with non-stick oil.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200 deg C. & bake for about 20-25 mins.
