Ingredients:
250g butter ~ softened
1-1/2 cups granulated sugar

1/2 tsp Almond Extract
2-3/4 cups AP Flour
1 tsp salt
Directions:

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 160/170 deg C. Lightly spray pan cavities (whoopie pan) with vegetable pan spray.
- In large bowl, beat butter & sugar with electric mixer at medium speed until well blended. Beat in egg & extracts, mix well. Combine flour & salt, add to butter mixture. Beat until well blended.
- Prepare dough & roll out to 3/16 inch thick. Invert pan & drape over, pressing to smooth surface.
- Bake 10-12 mins or until firm & golden brown. Cool pan on cooling wire rack 10 mins. Carefully loosen bottom edges of treat using spatula.
