Ingredients:
1 cup butter
4 cups powdered sugar
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
- In a bowl of an electric stand mixer, using the paddle attachment whip butter on medium-high speed until nearly white & very fluffy (abt 7-8 mins). Frequently scrapping down the sides of the bowl.
- Add in powdered sugar, heavy cream & vanilla extract. Mix on low speed until blended then increase speed to medium & beat until light & fluffy (abt 5-6 mins).
- Spread over cooled cakes or cupcakes immediately.
