Ingredients:
400g sifted plain flour (I used All-purpose flour)
250g butter (I used Buttercup)
2 eggs ~ beat the eggs
½ tsp salt
Direction:
- Preheat oven at 180 deg. C
- Rub butter into sifted flour till like crumbs. Add in egs & make into dough.
- Roll pastry & cut with mould. Brush with 1 (beaten egg) egg.
- Bake the pastry for 10 mins first. Take out & then add pineapple balls.
- Bake again for another 10-15 mins or golden. Total baking time 20-25 mins.
