3 red apples, peeled and cut into small cubes
1-1/2 cup AP flour
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp baking powder
Instructions:
- Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
- Add melted butter and milk. Stir well to combine.
- Sift in the flour and baking powder. Mix the batter until it reaches a smooth, even consistency. Fold in the apple cubes and mix to incorporate all the ingredients.
- Transfer the mixture to a 6" pan greased with butter and flour or sprayed with non-stick spray.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for 50 minutes.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack. Dust with icing sugar and serve. Enjoy!
