Homemade Cheddar Cheese Soup


Ingredients:
60g butter
3 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
pinch of pepper
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
  1. In a pan over medium heat, melt butter & whisk in flour, salt & pepper.
  2. Let cook 1 min, stirring often & slowly add milk, dry mustard & cheese.
  3. Whisk continually until bubbly & thick.
