Ingredients:
Cooked rice
1 large red onion ~ sliced
2 cloves garlic ~ sliced
1 green chili ~ sliced diagonally
300g ground beef
2 Hotdog ~ cut abt 2mm
1/4 cabbage ~ cut julienne
2 large eggs
1-2 tbsp sauce mixture (see recipe below)
Directions:
- Heat oil in a big wok, saute onion, garlic, & green chili till translucent.
- Add the ground beef & stir till semi-cook. Then add the hotdog & cabbage.
- Push all the ingredients aside, add the eggs in & scramble it. Then stir all the ingredients to corporate
- Add the cooked rice & mix well. Then add the sauce mixture & stir well again for about 3 mins.
- Remove from heat & serve immediately.
Sauce Mixture:
5 tbsp tomato puree
2 tbsp grind chili paste
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
