Ingredients:
1/4 pure maple syrup/honey (Note: NOT pancake syrup!)
1/4 light soy sauce
2-3 cloves garlic ~ minced
12oz fresh / thawed salmon
Directions:
- Combine the first 3 ingredients in a gallon-size ziplock bag, shake it up & then add the salmon.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for an hour, turning after half an hour.
- Pour the salmon & the marinade into a baking dish & bake in a 350 deg C oven, covered with foil for 15 mins. The salmon is done when it flakes easily at the thickest part.
