Ingredients:
500g oxtail
1 yellow onion ~ cut 1/2"
1 carrot ~ cut 1/2"
1 celery ~ cut 1/2"
1 litre water
1 packet Oxtail Soup Mix
Direction:
- In a pot, boil the water together with 1 packet of oxtail soup.
- Then add the cut vegetables & let it cook for about 50-60 mins until the meat & vegetable are tender.
- Serve with steamed rice or bread. Garnish with spring onions & coriander leaves.
