Ingredients:
1 packet / 3oz package Jello (Flavor/color not sugar free)
2/3 cups castor sugar
1 egg white
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup boiling water ~ must be boiling to dissolve the sugar
Direction:
- Put everything except boiling water in the bowl of the stand mixer fitted with whip attachment.
- Turn the mixer to high just as adding the 1/2 cup boiling water.
- Whip on high speed for 5 mins & #10 on the kitchenAid.
- Frost 24 cupcakes or 9x13 cake.
