Ingredients:
120ml water
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp mirin
1 tsp dashi granules
Directions/Instructions:
- In a saucepan, add all the above ingredients together.
- Bring to the boil while stirring and simmer for 1-2 mins or until the sauce is slightly thick.
- When the sauce is ready, arrange tempura over a bed of steamed white rice and drizzle with the tendon sauce.
