Ingredients:
400g fine sugar
140g AP flour
4 eggs ~ beaten
113g butter ~ melted
3-1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp cinnamon powder
2 tbsp sugar
Direction/Instruction:
- Preheat the oven to 180 deg C. Spray non-stick onto the muffin tin & set aside.
- In a large bowl combine sugar & flour. Whisk in beaten eggs, then add melted butter; continuing to whisk & then add in milk.
- Pour mixture into a greased muffin tin, fill each cup to a 3/4 full. Bake on the center rack for 30 mins or until the sides & top are golden.
- Remove the tarts from muffin tin while hot by running a knife around the sides & lifting them out. Sprinkle it with cinnamon sugar.
