Ingredients:
4 cups Basmati Rice ~ soak for 30 mins
4 cups coconut milk
2 cups water
2 pandan leaves aka Screwpine leaves
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
3 cloves
2" ginger ~ slice thinly matchstick
1 lemongrass ~ crushed
1-1/2 tsp salt
Directions/Instructions:
- Wash the basmati rice and soak for 30 mins in warm water. Drain and put in the rice cooker.
- Add all the ingredients and stir to mix well.
- Press the button and let the rice cooker cook as normal.
- Off the heat, lightly puff the rice, and serve with other condiments as to your preference.
