Ingredients:
500g squids ~ was & cut to rings, safe the ink sac
5 shallots ~ blend
2 clove garlic ~ blend
1” fresh ginger ~ blend
1 stalk lemongrass ~ bruised
1-2 fresh red chilies ~ sliced
½ cup of water
Salt to taste
Directions:
- Heat oil & sauté the blended ingredients. Add lemongrass & stir-fry till fragrant.
- Add squids together with the ink sac & add ½ cup of water. Simmer until the squids are tender. (Note: If the gravy is about to dry, adding water)
- Lastly add salt to taste & fresh red chilies. Serve hot with rice.
