Ingredients:
195g Tapioca Starch/Flour
1 cup milk
1 cup neutral oil
3 eggs
80g shredded cheese (any)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Spray a mini muffin tin with non-stick spray or rub it with butter.
- Place the egg, milk, oil, tapioca starch/flour, and salt in a blender. Blend until smooth. Then, add the cheese and pulse just a couple of times.
- Immediately pour the batter into the mini muffin pan, filling each well about 3/4 full. If Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. if desired
- Bake for 15-20 mins until puffed and golden. Remove from the oven and cool for a few minutes before removing the rolls from the pan. Serve warm.
