Ingredients:
1kg chicken wings/drumettes
Marinade
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp ginger paste
2 cloves garlic ~ minced
1 stalk green onion ~ chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Sauce
2 tbsp light brown sugar
1 tbsp honey
5 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
Directions/Instructions:
- Cut wings at joints. Discard tips and place wings in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients. Pour the marinade over chicken wings, mix well, and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
- Mix the sauce ingredients in another small bowl and set aside for later use.
- Preheat the oven to 350 deg C. Bake wings without cover for 30 mins or till golden brown.
- Brushed prepared honey sauce mixture evenly on cooked wings. Return wings to the oven, and continue to bake for 5 mins before serving.
