Ingredients
1 cup macaroni
2 cup water
1 tbsp cornstarch
Seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
Method
- Pour the water into a large pot and add several pinches of salt and dashes oil. Turn the burner to high; bring the water to boil. Add the macaroni & cook for 7-8 mins. Turn off the burner & set a colander in the sink. Carefully pour the macaroni into the colander to drain the water.
- Set aside to let it cool completely. Then coated 1 tbsp of cornstarch evenly.
- In a wok, heat oil and deep fry the coated macaroni till golden brown.
- Prepare the seasoning and sprinkled the cooked macaroni evenly.
