Ingredients:
40ml oil
½ red chilies ~ chopped
2 clove garlic ~ chopped
10-15 prawns
80ml coconut cream
½ tsp salt
10ml lemon juice
Sphagetti
Directions:
- Select large raw prawns, shell them but leave the tail intact
- Marinate prawns with lemon juice & salt for 20 minutes
- Heat the oil over medium-hot heat
- Add finely chopped garlic, red chili & marinate prawn & cook for 3 minutes
- Add coconut cream & cook for another 3 minutes
