Tauge Masak Lemak


Ingredients:
2 small onions ~ sliced
1 clove garlic ~ sliced
1/2 red chili ~ sliced
1 bean curd
300g bean sprout
200g coconut cream
Salt to taste

Method:
  1. Heat oil & saute the sliced ingredients.   Fry till fragrant.
  2. Add the bean curd & stir-fry again.
  3. Add water with coconut cream.  Let it boils & add salt to taste.
  4. Add bean sprout & simmer down.
