Royal Icing

Source: Sugarly Nice
Ingredients:
4 cups Icing sugar
3 tbsp Meringue powder
7 tbsp Water (+/-)

Directions:
In an electric stand, use a bubble attachment & beat all the above ingredients on high speed for 7 mins.
